Ordering a customised cake at The JellyHearts is simple and hassle-free!

Most of our cakes have the option to customise elements like jelly colour, character wordings, chocolate or fruit add-ons. This is available during the online ordering process.

For more intricate designs — such as logos, specific drawings, or themed cakes — fill out this form or drop us an email at sales@thejellyhearts.com. Provide us with the necessary details, such as the cake size, flavour, preferred design, and any special requests for decorations or messages. 

If you need help, we are always ready to assist. Once everything is set, we’ll bake and deliver your cake to your doorstep!

Our custom cakes are generally available in the following sizes: 9-inch, 10-inch, and above 12-inch for round cakes; and 6-inch and 10-inch for square cakes. However, if you need sizes beyond those listed, we can accommodate your request as well!

At The JellyHearts, each cake requires 1 full day to be prepared to ensure it’s fresh and perfect for your celebration. For normal orders, we require a minimum lead time of 3 days, and for more intricate orders, such as customised drawing cakes or bulk orders, we ask for 7 days. Note that we do not include the day of order placement in this lead time.

For urgent orders, we offer 1-day or same-day delivery, surcharge applicable. Simply give us a call at 69806960.
