1. Island-wide delivery is subject to standard delivery charges, excluding restricted areas such as Sentosa, all army camps, PSA ports and ferry points, Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex, and Terminals.
2. The exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed, but TheJellyHearts will strive to deliver within the selected time frame.
3. For a specific time delivery within a 1-hour time range, an additional charge of $20 will apply. Please email or call us at 6980 6960.

Surcharge

1. An additional $20 surcharge applies for delivery to restricted areas such as Sentosa, all army camps, PSA ports and ferry points, Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex, and Terminals.
2. Re-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability will incur an additional delivery charge.
3. Cakes will not be replaced for re-deliveries.
