Refund policy
RETURN/ REFUND OVERVIEW

Cancellation charge of 50% will be imposed for all payment modes. Refund will be payable using the same payment mode it was processed. Cancellations 3 days before the delivery/collection date are not refundable.
- Amendments, including changes to the date, delivery and billing addresses, recipient name, purchaser name, and cake design, are subject to an administrative fee of $10.90 or 5% of the total amount (whichever is higher), and are dependent on availability.
- Amendments are not allowed within 3 days before the delivery/collection date.
- Confirmed delivery orders cannot be changed to self-collection.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, it will still be considered delivered, and no refunds will be issued. Re-delivery will incur additional charges. Cakes will be discarded if not collected within 3 days.
- Refusal to accept the delivery will still be considered as delivered, with no refunds issued.
- Re-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability will incur additional charges.
- Cakes will not be replaced for re-deliveries.
- Cakes must be checked upon delivery and will be deemed accepted if no issues are reported immediately. TheJellyHearts Pte Ltd will not entertain complaints thereafter due to the perishable nature of our products.
