How do I earn points?
You can earn Points whenever you shop on our online store, connect with us on social media, review products and more.
Why didn’t I receive Points for my order?
Please log in to your TJH Members account BEFORE placing your order to earn Points. Points will not be awarded for guest checkout or orders placed without logging in.
How do I redeem my points?
Simply log in via the “My Rewards” button located at the bottom left of the screen to view your Points balance and redeem rewards. Once redeemed, you will receive a coupon code which can be used on your next online purchase.
Will my points expire?
