- Island-wide delivery is available with standard charges, excluding specific restricted areas such as Sentosa, army camps, PSA ports and ferry points, Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex, and Terminals.
- While we aim to deliver within your selected time frame, please note that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- For specific or special delivery requests, please reach out to us via email or phone.
- An additional surcharge will be applied for deliveries to restricted areas mentioned above.
- If re-delivery is necessary due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, an additional charge will apply.
- Please note that cakes will not be replaced for re-deliveries.
- Delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
- Refusal to accept items upon delivery will be considered as received, and no refunds will be issued.
- Cakes should be inspected upon delivery, and any issues should be raised immediately. We cannot entertain further complaints due to the perishable nature of our products.
- If no recipient is available to receive the cakes, the delivery will still be considered completed, and no refunds will be issued.
